Randstad HR Partners is pleased to be partnering exclusively with a high-performance creative agency that is growing rapidly. Based in Sydney, this is a business where artistry meets high-performance, and where talent is at the heart of everything they do.

This role is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in an agile environment and refuses to be a mere "CV pusher." You will work hand-in-hand with the Co-Founders to own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding across all regions (Australia & Philippines).

This is a six month contract with the possibility to commence immediately.

Key Accountabilities:

• End-to-End Talent Delivery: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation—ensuring a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the studio’s premium brand.
• Process Optimisation: Lead the redesign of the hiring workflow. You will identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined, tech-enabled solutions that allow the studio to move at pace without sacrificing quality.
• Employer Branding & Pipeline: Proactively build a diverse community of creative talent (creative strategies, social media managers, media buyers), ensuring the studio has a "warm" bench of talent to tap into.

About You:

You are an established Talent Acquisition professional who is able to embed into a business and understand the culture and criteria quickly. You have ideally worked in a creative or design landscape and come from a fast-growing agency or a scaling business. You understand that finding "the right fit" is as much about instinct and taste as it is about skills on a page.

You possess the emotional intelligence to navigate a founder-led environment and the operational grit to bring structure to a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous creative culture.
