This role is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in an agile environment and refuses to be a mere "CV pusher." You will work hand-in-hand with the Co-Founders to own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding across all regions (Australia & Philippines).
This is a six month contract with the possibility to commence immediately.

About You:
You are an established Talent Acquisition professional who is able to embed into a business and understand the culture and criteria quickly. You have ideally worked in a creative or design landscape and come from a fast-growing agency or a scaling business. You understand that finding "the right fit" is as much about instinct and taste as it is about skills on a page.
You possess the emotional intelligence to navigate a founder-led environment and the operational grit to bring structure to a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous creative culture.
